Our service and support extend to the families and loved-ones of our people. We maintain close contact with their families and communities. Through SWAK and industry partners, we provide family oriented programs such as livelihood trainings, financial management, health management and counseling. We assist in enabling family members and relatives to have access to CSR programs initiated by NGOs and other reputable institutions. Family members are encouraged to join during pre-departure orientations so they get idea of the nature of work of seafarers. We provide above-standard health care and retirement plans, in cooperation with our principals and partners.

We go extra mile to help our crew and their families process required statutory documents, gain access to social services, as well as collect social security and health care benefits. For availing of health plan sponsored by our principals, we coordinate and follow-up queries, process utilization reports, in addition to the services provided by the contracted health care institutions or HMOs.
