Recently, some of our sea personnel have been engaged on short contracts to do technical supervisory work for the ships being built in China by our affiliate company.

We also have agreements with our affiliate company to employ back as seafarers, on short contracts, every two years, former maritime officers working now on shore as ship operators. This help them keep their seafaring documents updated.

For short, in-house, function-specific refresher courses, our vacationing crew are usually engaged to conduct the training rather than getting third party trainers.
