We partner with our principals to hold officers, ratings and cadet conferences, annually. For the conferences being held with our Principal, Klaveness, the Company plans, performance, challenges and achievements are presented and discussed. Company, industry trends and issues are analyzed and deliberated. Seafarers are made to do exercises to develop their creativity in coming up with solutions.

For the leadership training conducted for the KSM crew we have been doing this in partnership with Seascape.

We likewise, work with our principal, Klaveness Shipmanagement AS(KSM), in holding Crisis Management Seminar. Seabased and landbased key personnel of some known maritime companies in the Philippines are our regular attendees. Representatives from P&I clubs, flagstates, compliance and emergency response companies are invited to present relevant methods and approaches to handle and manage maritime crises. Simulated crisis is prepared and participants are made to handle the situation.
